This early maturing, slow bolting Korean radish is tender and crisp with almost no pungency with excellent flavor. This is a Chong Gak type of Korean radish also known as an Altari type Korean radish with green should. It is suitable for spring and fall crops and its white roots grow 3-4" long. Great choice for kimchee pickling.
