Cultivation: Wash seed thoroughly before growing microgreens and before eating. Soak seeds in cool water for 6-12 hours. Rinse seeds under cool water and drain thoroughly. Broadcast seeds in soil tray. Tamp seeds in soil and cover lightly with soil. Cut when microgreens reach desired height.

Culinary tips: Broccoli micros may be eaten raw, stir-fried or steamed.
