This excellent burpless hybrid is easy to grow and delivers a large yield of top-grade fruit. The cucumbers are uniform producing dark-green fruit that grow to about 9-10" long. It is resistant to downy mildew, powdery mildew and other diseases. This variety is suitable for open field growing and has a monoecious flowering habit (plant produces both male and female flowers).

Cultivation: Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in spring/summer after last frost in a warm, sunny location. Or start seeds indoors and transplant when weather warms. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Optimum growing temperatures are 75°F daytime and 60°F at night. Train to climb a vertical support for better air circulation, straighter fruits and ease of harvest.
