The solid, rounded leaves of this baby leaf are deep purplish red color. Leaves produce their color early in the growing season and retain it through summer. With its mild but distinct flavor, Garnet Giant complements any collection of greens.

Cultivation: Mustards grow best in mild, cool climates. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in early to late spring or late summer to early fall. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Plant every 2 weeks for continuous harvest. Bolting will occur when temperatures and day length increase. Rotate crop at least every 3 years.
