These small white radishes grow to 4" long and ½" in diameter. They can be harvested as early as 20 days after planting. If temperature extremes are avoided, it is hardy enough to grow year-round. A mild flavor and crisp texture makes them an excellent choice for fresh salads or pickling.

Cultivation: Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in spring or early fall in a sunny location about 3 to 6 weeks before average last frost. Grows best in cool (50 F to 65 F), moist weather. Hot weather reduces quality, pithy roots and increases pungency. Late plantings may bolt before edible root forms. Sow successive plantings every 5-10 days until late spring and repeat in early fall.
