Shipping and Order Processing

Shipping addresses must be a US Postal mailing address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address that you enter. If an incorrect address is provided, Kitazawa Seed Company is not responsible for the delivery.

We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 to 3 days for order processing after we receive the order. We ship orders via United States Postal Service Priority Mail in the US. Priority Mail usually takes 2 to 4 days for delivery. The shipping charge is the current Priority Mail rate. Orders will be charged direct cost of insurance. Please contact us if you have special shipping requirements.

For Fax and Mail orders, please indicate on the Order Form if you would like us to substitute, delete or contact you if a variety is not available. This will help us process the order in the case of unavailability. When selecting a substitute, we will substitute an item of similar growing characteristics.
