Top Red Hybrid

Brassica juncea

Top Red Hybrid
Seed #538
The mustard leaves of Top Red are similar to Southern Giant Curled mustard but with purple color. The leaves are heavily curled, frilly, and vibrant purple with green edging and veins at maturity. This is an excellent choice for baby leaf production when leaves are green with purple veins. The primary leaves have purpled edging at microgreen stage.

Culinary tips: Mature leaves are excellent for pickling, wrapping stir-fries and juicing. Very popular as baby leaf and microgreen due to nice coloring.
