This is a cutting celery grown specifically for microgreen production. It is very aromatic and has a celery flavor.
Cultivation: Celery plants need a lot of moisture and thrive in the cooler temperatures of spring and fall. Prepare fertile, well drained soil. Seeds need light to germinate so cover with a thin layer of soil. Sow in spring/summer after last frost or in late summer/early fall in mild areas. Optimum growing temperatures are 60º-70ºF. Grow in partial shade in hot areas. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Harvest leaves and young stems when plant is at any stage. Harvest mature plants at 10-12" tall.
Please note: Maturity, adaptability and disease tolerance may differ under your specific climate and/or growing conditions.
