Great for microgreens or salad mix, this dark green mustard has frilly edges and a spicy flavor. It grows 16-18" tall, is slow to bolt and stands 2 to 4 weeks longer than other varieties. Pungency mellows when cooked. This variety is an All American Selection winner.
