A favorite baby leaf pak choi in Japan, this variety is gaining popularity everywhere else. This hybrid dark purple leaf pak choi has green petioles and is as stunning in the garden as on the plate. A uniform and easy to grow plant that is tender, mildly flavored and can be harvested at any stage baby leaves for salads or whole plants at full maturity (6-8" tall) for cooking.
