This variety of sprouting radish yields a harvest of approximately 3"-4" seedlings, most of which are a uniform eggplant-purple, although some are

green or green-purple in color. The eggplant-purple color is more intense in cool temperatures. Purple stems grow darker toward the top of the sprout, ending in a pair of dark purple

heart-shaped stems. Popular in micro mixtures for color, flavor and nutritional value. They are perfect for salads or soups, or as a striking garnish.
