This traditional hot pepper is a prolific producer of 1- to 3-inch long peppers that ripen bright red. The slender fruits grow upright in clusters from a compact plant that gets to be 16” high. Thai Chili pepper is perfect for spicing up soups, sauces, curries or stir-fries. It’s also good for drying to use as a condiment. Fresh peppers can be easily frozen to use throughout the year.
