This Thai Holy basil strain variety produces large green leaves with purple-color stems. Like other Holy basils, it has a strong clove-like scent and musky flavor which intensifies with cooking. Holy basil wilts easily loses its fragrance quickly so harvest as you need it. This herb compliments shellfish and meat dishes. Now available for bulk seed purchase. Seed packet purchasing will be available in January 2005.
