This is “Baby Bok Choy,” the famous Asian green with glossy dark green leaves and short white petioles. It is a very popular stir-fry vegetable, and used in soups or just boiled. This variety grows best in mild climate yet it can tolerate heat and cold. It can be grown year-round in sub-tropical areas. Grows nicely provided night time temperatures are above 50°F. Best when harvest 4” tall. Now available for bulk seed purchase. Seed packet purchasing will be available in January 2005.
