This is a very popular frilly leaf pak choi or "Bok Choy" in Taiwan. The plant is semi-spreading and weighs about 1/2 pound at maturity. The leaves are green, frilly and wrinkled with smooth white petioles. Can be grown year-round in sub-tropical areas. The leaves are very tender and crisp and can be prepared in stir-fry or added to soup.
