This straight, glossy, Thai green eggplant is used extensively in Thai cuisine. Cultivated for its tender skin and flesh, this very early maturing variety has a green calyx and grows up to 12" long. This mild eggplant absorbs the wonderful curries and spices used in Thai cooking.
