This broad-leafed mustard has large aromatic bright green leaves and medium ribbed stems. The leaves have a mildly pungent flavor. The versatile leaves can be pickled or used in soups or stir-fries, yet they're mild enough for a fresh salad. All parts of the plant are used, from the roots and shoots to the stems and leaves.
