This snow white daikon is excellent for pickling as well as for cooking. The slender roots grow up to 18" long. The upright leaves are smaller than the Nerima variety with a slightly blunted pointed tip. Steam or stir-fry this radish, or serve it sliced sprinkled with a bit of soy sauce.
