An elegant addition to any garden! The frilly outer leaves of this "fluffy top" loose head type Chinese cabbage are light green. They surround the core leaves, which are a soft yellow. Young leaves are ideal for salad, while more mature leaves are traditionally steamed, pickled, or stir-fried with meat, tofu or other vegetables.
