The longest Japanese cucumber we know! The fruits can grow up to 3 feet long and about 2" in diameter. A few white spines appear on the light green skin, which encloses crisp white flesh and a relatively small seed cavity. Ideal for a cold cucumber salad, this variety is delicious prepared fresh or lightly cooked in Asian dishes.
