This hybrid Chinese cabbage is prized for its high resistance to Clubroot as well as a variety of other diseases and mildew. The bright green heads weigh up to 5 pounds. Loaded with vitamin A, potassium and folic acid, this variety is perfect for a stir-fry with meat, tofu or other vegetables. It can also be steamed, and the young leaves can be harvested for salad.
