Tender baby corn has found its way into a variety of Western dishes that is often used in Chinese cuisine. Each stalk of this variety grows to 5' tall and produces up to 4 mini-cobs that are 2-4" long. This is a (sugary) su-type sweet corn.

Cultivation: Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in spring/summer after last frost in a warm and sunny location. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Harvest 1-3 days after silks become visible and harvest every 2-3 days.
