This popular, large, long, white, stumped daikon is late maturing. Harvest when roots reach 10"-16" long. This crisp, vigorous radish is suited to deep, rich soils. An autumn/winter maturing daikon, it is one of the most easily grown. Use in soup, salad, pickled or freshly grated.
