This hybrid is a slender and thin-walled sweet green pepper up to 4" in length. Start seeds indoor and plant outdoors in late spring. Each plant of this very productive pepper produces about 50 fruits; in a long growing season plant may produce as much as 100 fruits. Use in salads, stir-fry or deep-fry for tempura.
