A popular Chinese kale or kailaan hybrid that has thick stems and white flowers and green stalks. The stem, leaves and buds are edible. Highly recommended for home gardeners due to it resistance to heat. Mainly used in stir-fries with meat, chicken or prawns or in soups with noodles, mushrooms, pork, seafood or chicken.
