An easy to grow and high yielding "sooyow" cultivar up to 10" long, ribbed with fine white spines. This hybrid with Northern China origins is good for pickling and salads. Most cooks don't know that cucumbers are delicious cooked. Sauté them with pork, chicken, fish or beef.
